PMD Predicts Dry Weather Across Most Regions

Islamabad: Dry weather is expected over most parts of the country, while cold conditions will prevail in hilly areas during the next twelve hours. Smog and shallow fog patches may develop during morning and night in some plain areas of Punjab.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad at eight degrees centigrade, Lahore at fourteen, Karachi at nineteen, Peshawar and Muzaffarabad at seven, Quetta at one, Gilgit at minus one, and Murree at six degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates that cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while dry conditions will persist in Jammu. The temperatures recorded this morning were two degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula, thirteen in Jammu, minus five in Leh, and three in Anantnag and Shopian.
