Islamabad: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed an increase of over twelve hundred points in hundred index at the start of business this morning. The Hundred Index that closed at one lac seventy thousand seven hundred forty-one points yesterday reached one lac seventy-one thousand five hundred thirteen points during the trading today showing an increase of twelve hundred twenty-eight points.
According to Radio Pakistan, the upward trend in the stock market reflects increasing confidence of the business community on economic policies of the government.
