Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Prince Karim Aga Khan. In a post on his X handle, he described Prince Karim Aga Khan as a man of vision, faith, and generosity whose enduring legacy will continue to inspire generations. His contributions transcended borders, bringing hope and progress to communities in need.



According to Radio Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif praised Prince Karim Aga Khan as a remarkable leader dedicated to uplifting communities worldwide. Through his tireless efforts in poverty alleviation, healthcare, and gender equality, he championed the cause of the marginalized, leaving an indelible mark on countless lives.



In addition, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his condolences over the tragic gun violence incident at a school in Orebro, Sweden, which claimed many innocent lives. He conveyed his thoughts and prayers to the victims, their families, and the entire community during this difficult time.



Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar also expressed grief over Prince Karim Aga Khan’s passing. In a statement, he highlighted the prince’s unwavering dedication to philanthropy and global community betterment, acknowledging his special attachment to Pakistan and his matchless contributions to the country’s development and progress.
