DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose: (1) Höegh LNG Partners LP (the “Partnership”) was facing issues with the PGN FSRU Lampung charter; (2) as a result, the PGN FSRU Lampung charterer would state that it would commence arbitration to declare the charter null and void, and/or to terminate the charter, and/or seek damages; (3) the Partnership would need to find alternative refinancing for its PGN FSRU Lampung credit facility; (4) the PGN FSRU Lampung credit facility matured in September 2021, not October 2021 as previously stated; (5) the Partnership would be forced to accept less favorable refinancing terms with regards to the PGN FSRU Lampung credit facility; (6) Höegh LNG would not extend the revolving credit line to the Partnership past its maturation date; (7) Höegh LNG would reveal that it “will have very limited capacity to extend any additional advances to the Partnership beyond what is currently drawn under the facility”; (8) as a result of the foregoing, the Partnership would essentially end distributions to common units holders; (9) the COVID-19 pandemic was not the sole or root cause of the Partnership’s issues in Indonesia, in 2019, before the pandemic, there were already a very low amount of demand in Indonesia for the Partnership’s gas; (10) the auditing, tax, nor maintenance of PGN FSRU Lampung were not the sole or root cause(s) of the Partnership’s issues in Indonesia; and (11) as a result, defendants’ statements about its business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. Special Representative to the Prime Minister on Religious Harmony Maulana Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi says minorities are enjoying equal rights in Pakistan without any discrimination.

Talking to newsmen in Lahore today [Sunday], he dismissed the US report on religious freedom in Pakistan as unfair and biased.

Maulana Tahir Ashrafi said Islam is a religion of peace and a complete code of life for the humanity, giving protection to all religions.

Referring to the BJP-led fascist Indian government’s organized violence against minorities, he said 150 mosques , 50 Christian leaders and bishops and 200 Christian Churches were attacked in India.

He regretted that despite this the US report on religious freedom gave clean chit to India.

State Minister for Information & Broadcasting Farrukh Habib has said that Pakistan is heading towards sustainable growth rapidly due to prudent policies of PTI government.

He was addressing a public gathering after inaugurating a number of development projects in Sir Syed Town in Faislabad on Sunday night.

He said that exports, industry, trade, agriculture and national economy had been put on the path of development in three years while construction sector was booming with high speed.

He said that the country was at the verge of bankruptcy and reserves were for 15 days only when PTI took powers.

Significant decline being witnessed in coronavirus cases across Punjab

In Punjab, significant decline is being witnessed in the coronavirus cases across the province.

This was stated by Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Punjab Imran Sikandar Baloch in a statement today [Sunday].

He said special SOPs have been issued for the various sectors to bring further decrease in the Corona cases.

He urged the citizens to adopt precautionary measures against corona and said that vaccination is the only effective treatment against coronavirus.

Drive against unvaccinated people accelerated to overcome coronavirus in Sindh

In Sindh, administration of the provincial government has accelerated drive against unvaccinated people to overcome coronavirus in the province.

Talking to our Radio Pakistan Karachi correspondent, Deputy Commissioner East Asif Jan said that all the assistant commissioners have been tasked to restrict the entry of non vaccinated persons in any restaurant and hotel.

He said that vaccination is being carried out through mobile vaccination teams, fixed centers and drive thru.

Replying to a question, Asif Jan said that they are near to cover around 100 percent of the population of district East of Karachi as for as vaccination is concerned.

He said that chief secretary Sindh also directed all the deputy commissioners to accelerate the vaccine drive.

Actions against Covid19 unvaccinated people underway in KP

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, actions against unvaccinated people across the province are underway.

The teams of district administration Peshawar today [Sunday] visited various markets and marriage halls and bus stations including BRT stations and checked corona vaccination Certificates.

Notices were issued to owners of marriage halls and shopkeepers on giving services to unvaccinated people.

Similar actions against violators of Covid SOPs were also carried out in Mardan, Abbottabad, Nowshera and other parts of the province.
