IPSOS survey report terms 2024 elections in Pakistan as transparent


IPSOS,a market research and consulting firm, has released a report on the transparency and rigging of the 2024 election.

For this purpose, IPSOS conducted a survey of more than three thousand people from all four provinces between 11 and 19 of last month, who gave their views on the transparency and rigging of elections.

Regarding transparent and fair elections, three out of every five Pakistanis believe that the conduct of elections was transparent.

According to the survey, 58 percent of the people believe that Election 2024 elections were transparent and fair.

The people of Punjab, Baluchistan and Sindh believe that the Election Day process was fair and transparent.

Sixty three percent in Punjab, sixty two percent in Sindh, fifty five percent in Balochistan, sixty one percent in Islamabad and thirty three percent in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said the election was made transparent.

Heavy snowfall: Rescue operation at Lowari tunnel, Kalaam, Chitral continues


Pakistan Army is continuing rescue operation in the vicinity of Lowari tunnel, Kalaam, Chitral and Malam Jabba after heavy snowfall there.

The personnel are rescuing the passengers stranded in the snow-covered areas and providing food and medicine from the nearby army camps. They are also engaged in removing snow from the roads.

PMLN-led govt will bring peace, economic stability across country: Baligh


Punjab Governor Muhammad Balighur Rehman has expressed the hope that PML (N) after completing the process of government formation at federal level will bring peace, prosperity and economic stability across the country

In an exclusive interview with our Radio Pakistan, Lahore Correspondent Sajjad Parvez, he emphasized that everyone should focus on living together peacefully while respecting each other’s opinion.

He said that socio-economic development of the masses should be the ultimate goal of any society.

Muhammad Balighur Rehman said that unfortunately previous governments badly ignored the importance of education sector and especially after 2018, a large number of children started going out of schools and by 2022, Pakistan has become the country with the highest number of out-of-school children in the world.

He said education should be the first focus of every government.

The Governor further said that similarly due to bad governance of past government, there has been a lot of mismanagement in the he
alth sector which needs to be fixed.

He urged the masses to change the culture of hatred into love and establish good relations among themselves.

CM Punjab felicitates Baloch people on Baloch Culture Day


Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has felicitated Baloch brothers and sisters on Baloch Culture Day.

In a message, she said that Balochistan is a beautiful land of beautiful people. She said that like other cultures of Pakistan, Baloch culture also has rich traditions of love and patriotism.

She said that the development of Balochistan is actually the development of Pakistan.
