Controversial Youtuber Adil Raja loses defamation case in British court


Controversial Youtuber Major Retired Adil Raja has lost a defamation case in a British court.

According to the details, the Youtuber Adil Raja has been fined ten thousand pounds by the British Court.

A UK High Court Judge rejected all his applications including his application to stay a defamation trial progressing against him by former senior military officer Brigadier Retired Rashid Naseer.

The judge ruled that Youtuber Adil Raja has published words which were seriously defamatory of Rashid Naseer in nine publications on social media sites YouTube, Facebook and X.

Judge Richard Spearman ruled that Adil Farooq Raja should pay 5,000 pounds to the now retired Brigadier for the rejected application to stay the defamation trial.

The judge also ordered Adil Raja to pay a further interim payment on account of costs in the sum of 5,000 pounds for the failed security for costs application.

The defendant, Adil Raja has to pay this amount until Wednesday.
