Met Office predicts rain-wind/thunderstorm in most parts of country

Rain-wind/thunderstorm (with isolated hailstorm) is expected in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Northeast Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan during the next twelve hours.

However, isolated heavy falls are also expected in northeast Punjab, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas during the period.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad nineteen degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-three, Karachi twenty-six, Peshawar twenty-two, Quetta thirteen, Gilgit eighteen, Murree eight and Muzafarabad seventeen degree centigrade.

According to Met Office weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather and chances of rain with thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula.

Temperature recorded this morning:

Srinagar, Pulwama and Anantnag nine degree centigrade, Jammu sixteen, Leh one, Shopian and Baramula eight degree centigrade.
