US Investors Eye Opportunities in Pakistan’s Growing Market

Islamabad: US investors have expressed keen interest to capitalize on investment opportunities in Pakistan. The interest was shown by a high-level US business delegation during its two-day visit to Karachi supported by SIFC.

According to Radio Pakistan, the US delegation appreciated the improved business environment in Pakistan and SIFC's role in ensuring investor confidence and ease of doing business. The delegation held meetings with Sindh provincial ministers and reviewed avenues for investment in Bin Qasim Industrial Park, Karachi Industrial Park, and other projects.

During their visit, the US delegation was briefed about Sindh Business One-Stop Shop, Keti Bandar Port, NED Science and Technology Park, and the proposed Sindh International Financial Center. These initiatives are part of a broader effort to attract foreign investment and boost economic growth in the region.

In a meeting with the Pakistan Business Council, the US delegation discussed investment opportunities across various sectors, including capital markets, agriculture, textile, energy, minerals, health, and others. The discussions indicate a growing interest in collaborative ventures and partnerships that could bolster economic ties between the two countries.
