The United States has made an offer to Russia for the release of its citizens detained by Moscow.
Talking to media in Washington, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that he would press his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to respond in a conversation planned for the coming days.
On the other side Russia’s foreign ministry said it has not been formally approached by Washington.
