The CyberKnife technology is being introduced in Jinnah Hospital Lahore and Nishtar Hospital Multan to provide best medical treatment to patients suffering from cancer and other complicated diseases.
Chairing a meeting in Lahore on Tuesday, Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that special arrangements will be made to impart training to the para medical staff about the Cyberknife technology.
The Chief Minister also revealed the plan to grant the status of university to Allama Iqbal Medical College and making necessary legislation in this regard.
