Promotion of higher education Govt’s top priority: GB CM

Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Gulbar Khan has said promotion of higher education is top priority of government.

He was talking to vice chancellor Karakoram International University Dr Aatauallah Shah Bukhari in Gilgit.
