IIOJK: APHC expresses concern over arrest spree unleashed by Indian troops

All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed serious concern over arrest spree unleashed by Indian troops across Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement in Srinagar, APHC spokesman said such brutal tactics could not subdue freedom sentiment of Kashmiri people and they would continue their struggle till it reached its logical conclusion.

The occupation authorities, once again, disallowed senior APHC leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, to offer Juma prayers at historic Jamia Masjid in Srinagar.

Meanwhile, as part of its settler colonialism agenda in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Modi regime has intensified the process of granting land ownership rights to non-state subjects.

In Geneva, Kashmiri representatives including Altaf Hussain Wani taking part in general debate during ongoing 51st session of UN Human Rights Council urged world body to appoint a Commission of Inquiry to investigate grave human rights violations perpetrated by Indian troops in IIOJK.

They also urged the Council to utilize U.N mechanisms to protect the life and dignity of people of occupied territory.
